KnowledgeCenter software is a flexible set of knowledge-sharing tools that enables people with common interest in virtually any subject to combine, organize, evaluate, and access the collective knowledge, experience and opinions of a group. The system works by gathering and collating content, ratings and pro & con commentary into self-organizing knowledge bases that can then be custom sorted to match individual measures of value or reliability.

The heart of the Knowledge Center software is the "Knowledge Navigation Console". The console window allows users to access postings and a visual display of the combined ratings that other people have given the posting. Below the main window, scrollable lists of comments provide for unlimited group feedback on each posting. The comments are divided into supporting comments, opposing comments and additional information. This allows the system to quantify and sort contents by support level as well as aggregate multiple-criteria ratings. Each list of comments is automatically sorted by its own agreement level rating, allowing the strongest arguments on both sides of any issue to appear side-by-side below the posting itself (V2.0). Instant email links facilitate peer-to-peer communication and the creation of loyal online communities.
